Cookies & local storage: we store a single value (rtm-lang) to remember your language choice between EN and ES

To communicate with you about your project, including permits, financing options and equipment
To send you service updates, maintenance reminders, or — only with your consent — marketing about solar incentives, financing programs and new services

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or by contacting us directly.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run our business:

Service providers: Google Workspace (Sheets, Apps Script, Gmail) for lead management; our hosting provider (Netlify); analytics tools (if enabled). These vendors are contractually required to safeguard your data.
Financing partners: if you choose to apply for solar financing, we may share information with the lender you select, with your consent.
Equipment manufacturers / installers: we may share project details with subcontractors, panel manufacturers or warranty administrators as needed to deliver your installation.
Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property or safety.

4. Data Retention

We keep lead and project information for as long as you remain a customer, plus a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, warranty and dispute-resolution requirements. Marketing data is retained until you opt out.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Access & correction: you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct inaccuracies.
Deletion: you can request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
Opt-out: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time (link in every message) or reply STOP to text messages. You may still receive transactional messages related to an active project.
Do Not Call: if you are on a Do Not Call registry and submit our form, your consent supersedes the registry only for the project you requested.
